Starting from Zero
BuildWitt Certifications was pure 0-to-1 work—no existing product, no defined process, just an opportunity and a tight timeline. I owned everything from initial concept through launch and beyond.
Building the Foundation
Beyond the product itself, I pioneered BuildWitt’s comprehensive beta program infrastructure from the ground up. This wasn’t just about getting feedback on features—it was about creating systematic processes for:
- Recruiting the right beta customers
- Structuring feedback loops
- Managing expectations across internal and external stakeholders
- Turning insights into actionable roadmap items
The Approach
I implemented Productboard for customer feedback management and built data-driven roadmap prioritization into our DNA. Regular customer meetings ensured we stayed grounded in real needs, not just internal assumptions.
